Who is responsible for managing NYC’s feral cat crisis?

The crisis has grown larger than volunteers can handle on our own.

Help rescuers advocate for NYC support.

Cat rescuers fill a void in NYC services by volunteering their time, money and effort to get the city’s exploding feral cat population under control through Trap Neuter Return (TNR). But the problem is growing faster than volunteers can manage. Without assistance from the NYC government, the feral cat population is growing faster than citizen volunteers can handle.
